About the event

How can AI level up customer support? What role do LLMs play in assisting human agents? Why did Deegloo choose the RAG method, and how is it transforming the customer experience? What does the future of AI-assisted customer service look like? 🤔


To answer these questions, we are thrilled to welcome Matija Martek, Marketing Manager at Deegloo, to our upcoming Marketing Club session! 🗣️


Matija has over a decade of experience marketing global SaaS and IT solutions, and he also lectures on emerging marketing technologies at Sveučilište Algebra. Currently, at Deegloo, he leads projects focusing on customer insights and new technologies like LLMs, causal AI, and prescriptive analytics.


In this session, Matija will showcase a case study from Deegloo’s collaboration with IBM for Gaveia, a leading platform for booking campsites. Together, they developed a customer support assistant using Watsonx, capable of answering questions in multiple languages and enhancing customer interactions.
