On Tuesday, September 17th, CroAI hosted the first "AI se educiraj" session at the University of Zadar. Led by AI Research Scientist and PhD candidate Ive Botunac, the event focused on the ethical application of artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on education.
The session attracted over 150 participants, mostly teachers and educational staff, eager to learn about AI fundamentals, its real-world applications, and practical tools for use in educational environments.
Participants gained insights into AI’s capabilities, its impact on education, and ethical challenges related to data privacy and fairness. The session also provided an overview of AI tools that can enhance both teaching and learning experiences.
This education is part of the Thematic Systemic Support provided by the National Foundation for Civil Society Development, under the thematic area "Artificial Intelligence and Social Development."
